Aisha Navi-Oghene

Aisha heads the Energy and Natural Resources Transactions of the Firm, with extensive years of experience in the public corporate sector. Having gained relevant knowledge and experience over the years in government and private organizations, she can be confidently referred to as an expert in energy and natural resources law. Aisha has undertaken notable roles in transactions involving multinationals and International stakeholders in the Nigerian economy.

She is an excellent negotiator and has negotiated and drafted several complex agreements spanning across diverse industries, especially in Infrastructure, Finance and Oil and Gas Sector.

Aisha is celebrated for her extant proficiency in corporate governance, commercial transactions and is passionate about dispute resolution.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
