* Provided support and internal coordination towards a client’s participation and investment in the 1st Open Access Fiber Infrastructure (INFRACO) License awarded by the Nigerian Communications Commission.
* Provided legal supervision and extensive regulatory engagement towards successful network roll out and expansion of a major telecommunications company in Nigeria. This involved negotiation and facilitation of approvals, site acquisition, equipment supplies/software licenses as well as service contracts.
* Maintained active participation and provided key inputs during several Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) stakeholder forums, the most recent one being the NCC Stakeholders forum on establishment of the Code of Practice for Internet Access Service Providers.
